"persistent anemia" " "kept short on PMCS"

I hate it when I miss those. I was watching EPNY like a hawk. I wanted to see how it would behave when it came out of lock up. I watched it fall day after day....from 312 to where it is today at 47+.

Now did I think to short? Nah. Just watched it fall each day. Now where was my head? Busy with too many stocks. I find that I have much better results getting to know a few stocks with good moves and playing those while keeping an eye on the overall market.

It seems like the general wisdom is that bottoms are not made on Fridays. I see a lot of positions short out there. My thought is that someone with big money may see some attractive valuations on some of the good companies and begin a little buying on Monday. I know I would not want to be short INTC ahead of earnings. Did you notice all the talking heads on CNN this weekend said it wasn't time to buy techs yet. (hint..let me cover my short first). But, then again maybe I am too cynical. :o)

Some thoughts I have been having this weekend.

Kendall, you are right about the Worden Bros. calling this thing long in advance, they even started picking the stocks that were falling apart as examples of what they were talking about. Unfortunately, at the time I "thought" I was already too far down to sell at that time even though they were almost yelling for us to start going to cash. How wrong I was about how "far" I was down. Live and learn I guess..
