Not true - SEC is very much concerned with fraud and manipulation that originates on these boards. Private individuals are playing very key roles in this evolving area of law.

uthabros, what's funniest about these so called bashers is that they use the truth to scare these so called long investors. You guys spend way too much time on the conspiracy theory rather than focusing on what the bashers are saying to scare everyone. If you guys could prove what they are saying is incorrect, their power to scare would not be there. In TERN's case, the truth is very frightening... and the truth is out there... Peace
