Look, Santiago, I simply ask you to think for yourself. We are halfway through this fiscal year and it looks as though this year's revenues will be down slightly from fiscal 1999, based on what we already have seen. Windchill's numbers look like they will be around $216-$217 million. So the first year of the two years is already a problem.

When did the issue of Smart Money come out? I suspect that it was before the company pre-announced the March quarter's shortfall.
