Bernard - would you be a buyer of FW players here? Do you have targets at which either ARTT or WCII would be buys? Or are you looking at other sectors? I have been thinking about buying more ARTT and/or WCII but haven't decided yet. The fact that WinStar secured some debt financing right before things got really ugly could turn out to be a major coup in retrospect. Thanks and regards...

Bernard, have you seen a DCF analysis for ARTT? What was the NAV and the discount rate used to derive it? In the current environmnent how much might the discount rate be increased and what effect would that have on the NAV?

In your opinion, is this selloff in ARTT way overdone?
