You guys are really reaching on this price thing. RIMMs are so rare at retail, the normal price indicators are a little unreliable. Before another round of mutual back patting on the "crash" to <$600 for a 128m RIMM, I'll point out that there is a listing on pricewatch dated 2/21/00 for $599. Another $40 off since then is not exactly breathtaking. Just think, at $20 a month, it would only take another year and a half to get the price down to SDRAM level. And yes, the $599 part was PC700, but that's what little Mikey was shipping recently, anyway.
