Chaz, thanks for your comments. I have noted them before on the QCOM thread regarding this issue. I consider your interpretation the most realistic of the optimistic interpretations presented by the pro-QCOM group (certainly more realistic, I think, than the idea that DDI is simply trying to "fake out" DoCoMo and force same to pay high prices for 3G spectrum!). Over time, the truth will out.

In sum: I hope you are right!
