jb,

I believe the password is the same, but the account number is different. I.e, when you logon to CyberX, you use your 4 digit, alpha logon. When you logon to Penson, you use your 8 digit, numeric account number.

Not sure if you've already gotten an answer to your question, but if you haven't, the first time you log in to the Penson Client site, leave the password field blank. It will recognize that it's your first time logging on and will ask you a series of questions as well as allow you to assign a password. If you run into any difficulties, please give us a call.
