thanks.. all in all, reuters is fine (no bad ticks).. but i hate this downtime for collecting data.

Thanks for this resource to find out it's not my computer that is malfunctioning...but could you explain how you got the information?
I tried Reuters...call back during working hours...and the Reuters website...and the equis website and could find nothing.
