im just giving another view

View from here is 2.5X EBITDA, with company actively buying shares in the mid $3s. Forget growth; cheap stock, end of story.

You mentioned you think the street might know something. I'm more concerned at the moment that the VP of Finance knows something. He recently sold a half million dollars of his 144 stock. This seems to be a reversal of the positive mood of the directors back in Novemeber when they bought 5 million dollars worth. It could also be that the VP wanted to buy a house. A cynical investor might see the directors decision to buy back the stock as a bailout for the directors. That said I'm still accumulating the stock below $3 3/4, so hit my 3 5/8 bid, please! At this price and risk profile it is almost like buying LEAPS, only cheaper.
