I think that IIX and DOT is thei ndicator to watch, these may fall further but many of the stocks here do represent a good value and if we see some stability we will see some short covering, one thing most important is the US $ look at it closely vis a vis euro if we see slippage abd sign of erosion that will indicate flight of capital from US that will indicate bigger problems, right now in my opinion banks should hold and SOX DRGS DOW industrial and large oversold stocks like CSCO SUNW EMC PMCS INTC IBM AAPl may lead a little recovery, in terms of 1350 area test I thing it is very much in line within a bull trend, even as I have written on 10th March or 7th this huge yawning gap between comp and DOW had to close, it is still wide the only thing that does not fit my game plan is DOW dropping hard, in my opinion that harmonic convergence requires that DOW moves up but due to SBC MSFT T INTC weighting DOW alone could not stand the pressure plus the anticipation of next .5% interest hike, I think that as you have forecasted we will see this 3000 as a solid support and DOW 10500 as a resistance, we will probably go through it..
