Bosco, I had actually sold a lot of my NT thanks to that BCE announcement a while back. Otherwise, it would have been in my top 3 holdings. Right now, I am just looking to add BCE as you get 78 shares of NT per 100 shares of BCE.
I just did not trust the markets with this transaction and that is why I had reduced my exposure. Now the deal is too good to pass up. As I understand the NT shares are a tax free transaction in Canada and therefore NT is not likely to take a hit anymore as Americans have nothing to gain in buying BCE. I will probably add both NT and BCE is now trading in significant volume in the USA anyways and will probably become the primary market for it and not the TSE.

Actually, i am getting bullish on the best stocks in the different sectors. NT is well ahead of Lucent.

I think more money will flow into the stocks with under 100 PEs and still great growth rates. The ones with non-existant PEs will move up after the NT types have made their move.
