Bobby, i went thermonuclear already...last week was by far my best ever. i made what i would normally consider an above average annual return in one week...of course i consider myself lucky in that regard.

i wouldn't hesitate to short a retracement rally that shoes signs of failing at the resistance. i have compared the current NAZ chart to other historical crash charts, and those suggest that the former wave 2 low should be taken out eventually in this downswing.

regards,

hb

Anybody read big things into the fact that we have left an island on COMP? Island's first day is Dec 16 and the last day is Apr 13. Does the bar/candle of Dec 14 invalidate it as an island?

bobby beara wrote about a strategy that I'm going with:

Heinz, maybe you'll be lucky and they'll rally her back into the up angled baseline of the H&S pattern and confirm support has turned into resistance (and close the gap on nasdaq) so you can initiate a thermo-nuclear short -gg-

In the meantime however, if we break through the 4 points of resistance around that gap area, I will go long hard.
