I do believe there are a lot of reasons for this drop. Certainly one of them has to be the concern over the Fed. Another has to be the Clinton Gore administration. You would think Greenspan would take chemotherapy just in case he has any cancer in his body. Only a preemptive strike against it, mind you, as he has taken his preemptive strike against possible inflation.
