Based loosely on what Schwab paid for CyberCorp (500 millionish), I guess TRAC to be worth approximately 900 millionish, or $14.50 per share,closed Friday at $3.60. I'm being conservative. I also still believe AMTD would benefit the most by buying TRAC. IMO, if they do, they would instantly be competitive with EGRP again. IC (long TRAC)
