So, let's see if I get this right. There aren't any problems with the company, but they are looking to sell. What's wrong with this picture? I am still holding a few shares, but I won't be buying any more until this fog lifts.

Not that I'm cynical, but I don't trust anyone.

I guess we now know why TRAC has been taken down so hard recently. The number of shares he has to turn over is probably based on TRAC closing price. It only reinforces my belief in him as a person who has the highest degree of integrity. He could of kept it private, because it is his PERSONAL affair. Instead he chose to make a public announcement so all shareholders would know, not just the institutions he owes money. Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley both buy data from TRAC, I wonder if they could also be the ones he owe's money.
