Tom,

I meant to say that unused capacity is not a bad thing at a time of increasing units. That is why it is important to know the distribution of cost between fixed and variable. If fixed costs are $30 per drive, then potentially WDC will be very profitable if they can increase units from 25 million to 30 million without addional investment, that's $150 m extra profit. This whole scenario hinges on expanded volume.
