Good Evening,

>>I agree with Brunello in so far as obviously there is a lack of momentum or interest<<

By the chart below, it looks like BAY had both interest and momentum. It's recent weakness is most likely directly related to major market weakness.

Best regards,

"Hi Mark: I always worry when a good drill result does not attract buyers. I agree with Brunello in so far as obviously there is a lack of momentum or interest, so for the very short term, there may well be other stocks. But I don't know about the techs.
Looks like Bay will have to build interest with positive drill results, which will attract buyers. But...if the POS rockets, then that is another scenario."

I too, am concerned. The argument seems to be that this is a company that does not promote and therefore it must rise on the strength of its drill results. It has fabulous drill results and very little movement. If the company doesn't promote and if the drill results don't move the stock, how is it going higher.

Livelong and prosper,

Little joe

More positive drill results like whgat we had last week will certainly help. But keep in mind they already have 120 millions ounces of silver (2M ounces of gold equivalent) and a market cap of less than US$20M. So that is very cheap.

The reason why the stock is not $5-$7 is because the market is suspicious about the ultimate recovery rates that Alamo Dorado will get. 55-60% or 75% ? That is the question.

The truth is that the odds favors something closer to 70%-75% for the silver. When this is confirmed, the stock will move. Right now the stock is trading conservatively and discounting rates of 55-60% max.

Of course, any discovery on the SE zone where the company is drilling now, or more high grade holes like #49 in the south of the main zone will chnage the big picture. But we don't need more positive results to get a $7+ stock.
