Check this out, they popped their fuses on futures and options this morning, and here is the Reuters story:

The Nikkei average had fallen 1,522.30 points or 7.45 percent to 18,912.38 as of 0118 GMT.

Warning: part of the article may be missing at this point.

In a move aimed at smoothing sharp falls in prices, the Tokyo Stock Exchange suspended TOPIX futures and options trading for 15 minutes from 9.12 a.m. (0012 GMT) after a steeo drop in Japanese stock prices at the opening triggered circuit breakers.

What I want to know is, what did they cut out of the story? <g>
