Eder,

CORL has failed to grow revenues and continues to generate losses. This has happened during a period of unparalleled growth in the software industry. CORL has barely manged to stay in business selling products they acquired from Novel and others. They have an Office Suite that is given out as freeware with computer motherboards. It says Office 2000 which fools many buyers into thinking they're getting a quality product from Microsoft. CORL jumps on bandwagons like Network Computers and then gives up after getting no sales. Well, with the Java Office suite they never got it past square one. The stock would run up when Cowpland would come out with statements regarding the potential for these products. The Linux buzz moved Corl to $44 now it's right back where it started. Almost, it needs to fall other $5 to come full circle. Eder, you can sell Linux and call it Red Light Linux or whatever you want. Anybody can sell Linux but you don't have a publicly owned stock to pump up.

Another announcement for CORL shareholders:

...The complaint charges Corel and its Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer (``defendants') with violating the federal securities laws by materially misrepresenting the Company's financial performance and earnings expectations for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 1999...
