Jack, who cares about the BAY purchase? It's done and over with. Rather than trying to figure out whether Bay was a good buy or not, it's probably more important to understand WHAT is brewing in the Enterprise division of NT -- the one division that has shown some weakness relative to other divisions within NT.

Let's look at the future rather than the past........that after all is what market is all about.
