It truly is time for the President, Greenspan, the movers & shakers of G7 nations, to step up to the plate and quell the fear.

It has become quite apparent that emotion alone has a grip on reason here. Now, as we watch 100% in cash, we shall see and separate the leaders from the weenies.

(Most, IMHO, have already established their weenietude.)
