As of now, Nasdaq should open down more than 3%!

The fun thing with percentages is that 3% up is not equal to 3% down. After 3% drop, you need more than 3% rise to get back to the same number. And after 3% rise, you need less than 3% to get back.

Also, even if Nasdaq dropped 3% every day, we would never reach 0.
