<I guess when Spitfire comes out we will be able to see its power requirements and find out for sure if it possible. One website reported Spitfire will run at 1.5 volts and Thunderbird 1.7 volts, but this may just be a rumor. Kap says Spitfire and Thunderbird layout is more efficient, but I don't remember if he said power consumption will go down.

I expect Spitfire to be the first mobile Athlon CPU.
