Great report Pat. Thanks very much. I had one question. This line caught my eye "OpEx. $16.4 million, 39% of revenues, vs. 48% last quarter. Excellent growth in top line. Revenues were $632,000 per employee. "

That seemed like a lot of revenue per employee to me. I divided the 41.6 million by 262 employees and came up with $158,778 per employee for this quarter. If you multiply this figure by 4 you do get $635,000 per employee per year. Do you recall if that is what was meant by that line?

On a happier note, if you project 40% revenue increases q/q you get sequentially 58.24m, 81.54m, 114.15m, & 159.81m in sales for the next 4 quarters. Obviously this projection is based on last quarters q/q increase.

Another relatively happy note is the uncoupling of are stock movement from TERN's. I wish them well but think this stock deserves to trade on its own merits!

best wishes, rod

EDIT- I was able to answer my question about revenue per employee courtes y of this site which also gives a number of interesting ratios for CMTO. yahoo.marketguide.com
