Speaking of large cash positions, through a curious twist of fate bland's parents (oldbutmarvellous and cooksomarvellous) began the long and tedious process of liquidating their 401k plans about 4 weeks ago in order to set up self-directed IRA accounts for themselves. Naturally their efforts have been met with one frustrating, incompetent, bureaucratic delay after another...with the final result being that by far the greatest bulk of their personal net worth has been out of the market for the past two weeks, en route to their new accounts. At this moment they are sitting on the largest pile of cash of anyone bland knows. Let's hear it for the angels.
