The problem here is that Rakib did in fact mislead analysts and investors. There seems to be evidence to show that Rakib intentionally lied about TERN's S-CDMA's inclusion in DOCSIS 1.2.

What I would be more concerned with is the fact that TERN's 3 largest customers are/were given substantial amounts of TERN stock and board seats. In my opinion its quite easy to order 20-40mm worth of equiptment you don't need if you have been given 200-400mm in stock...

There is a lot to be learned here.

The truth is out there.

Quit trying to hype this POS, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Are you still long? I hope so. Stock is off almost 100 from where I shorted it, almost 90 points from where I told you to sell.

You getting any margin calls yet?
