I see where during the first DAWK quarter of 2000, the Company has experienced an increase in contract bidding at higher
gross margins than at any time during the three-year industry downturn, resulting in the award of $24.2 million of new cleanroom contracts. The DAWK backlog increased from $15.9 million at March 31, 1999 to $21.1
million at March 31, 2000.

The DAWK has developed a new year 2000 line,, an air entrance system used by large national retail chains in their new "superstores". Air entrances are used in lieu of conventional swinging and sliding doors to help the store maintain comfort in the front of the store, reduce liability and increase and optimize the traffic flow in and out of the store. This is expected to bring a good cash flow to the company bottom line.

Another new product is the the Company announced its entrance into the transportation industry, by producing sleeper cabs for heavy-duty trucks.

This company is a true winner for year 2000
