Yes...that's the impression I've gotten as well. A lot of those folks are still scrambling to cover margin calls, and will have to sell some of their good stocks into the strength, creating some very attractive entries (on partial positions) into a very selective tech portfolio. I keep stressing that partial position thing, so as not to be too overconfident, but also not miss the opportunity to get into some good tech stocks with a very good entry. ...All this with a longer term outlook, or if we're lucky a near term bounce!
