Katie, I like ATTP for several reasons. Here are a few... 1) ATTP has a joint venture agreement with Link-Two Communications. Link Two is the largest customer of Eagle Wireless International (AMEX: EAG). EAG's other customers include Motorola, Pac-Tel, Scientific Atlanta, Bell Atlantic, Metrocall, ProNet, Pacific Bell, SkyTel, Link-Two Communications and the U.S. Department of Defense. 2) ATTP's affiliation with ACC. ACC clients include AT&T, Southern Bell, ITT, Metromedia, and MCI Sprint. 3) ATTP filed their 10-SB Registration Statement with the SEC in January. 4) ATTP's acquisition strategy. Steven Bethke, President and CEO of ATTP stated, "We remain dedicated to acquiring companies in the most profitable sectors of wireless communication..." The affiliation with ACC is indicative of this goal. 5) Today's news of the acquisition of Cameras, Etc. (a digital imaging company). ATTP said, "Cameras, Etc. enables oil and gas companies to take and send images over a wireless network, and analyze the images remotely on a computer. We plan to expand Cameras' target market into the medical field, in addition to applying the technology toward a host of new consumer products, such as wireless phones with Internet access." 6) The proposed acquisition of Beeper Boutiques. I'm watching closely for the completion of this acquisition. On October 12, 1999, they entered into a letter of intent with Beeper Boutique, which owns and operates 8 stores in Texas and Louisiana, and has a customer base of over 20,000 active pager subscribers and markets products and services in the Texas Gulf Coast area. Current monthly revenues generated by Beeper Boutique are approximately $305,000 and its expenses are approximately $265,000. (These numbers were in their 10-SB Registration Statement.) There are some other reasons, but I don't want to get too long winded. :-)
