MRVC has 80 million shares authorized. I assume that the 2/1 split is a done deal and that no shareholder authorization is required, that we are voting only on the increase in authorized shares. No proxy material received yet via my broker. Anyone else? BP

Doubt if Olsson is going to Terrabeam. Two reasons: 1. Typically when two parties announce a deal, things like poaching each other's personnel is written into the contract. 2. TerraBeam's revolutionary technology is to used beamed infra red. That's their core competency. The optical components are bought from other suppliers such as MRVC. A guy who specializes in optical will want to go to a company that has optical as it's core business. Ofcourse there are other optical players out there, so we can't be sure. Piyush
