This is simply not the case. But perhaps you did not read all the discussion.

As for "all" the atheists on this thread - I think there is only 1- Del- so again, you have mistaken the positions of several agnostics. If you do not understand the difference between agnosticism and Atheism I will be happy to spell it out for you. If it quite a big difference. They are not the same thing at all.

I have seen one explanation for the existence of morals as a human creation that is very rational. The argument is that humans have a social instinct and rational intellect. Their rational abilities helps them to evolve rules of right and wrong (morals) that work best for society. I strongly disagree that with this idea but have to admit it carries a certain level of logic.
