Given the turgid language of their SEC filings, this is downright euphoric. Clearly, Mr. Kempner and Mr. Knafel are investors who are able to look more than six inches past the end of their noses and see the long-term potential here. Obviously, they've been the ones ponying up the ca$h to keep the doors open.
