Friday's low was 1348 and last
night's low was 1342.6. The next
Fib down number is 1344 from the
Oct'99 lows for 76.4% retrace.

If not today, soon.
The abyss beckons.-eg-

VIX is expanding from the open on a "rebound" day.
Money is moving from no-revenue/no-earning OTC stocks
to still-overpriced large cap OTC stocks.
Fundamentally, equities have not fully discounted
three additional Fed moves in the next 3 months.
The Q1 GDP of 6.5% growth and "low measured" inflation
is as good as we'll see this year or for a long time.
Earnings growth should slow from here.
Technically, we have not yet experienced panic
selling, contrary to some Friday observations.
Most institutions have yet to actively adjust equity exposures downward.

BIDKJS. I'm only guessing.
