Paullie, for a rough estimate... cross multiply:

80=3300
x=3000

(80*3000)/(3300*x)

x=approx 73

I would just do a direct ratio...

ie if 80/3300 = x/3000

answer for NAZ at 3000 is QQQ around 73

Basically .0242 multiplied by NAZ to get QQQ...not perfect, but should be reasonable...as we claw our way back over 3300...
