I'll make a prediction, which you can repost if I'm wrong.
MSFT will not see 96 until:
1) the shape of the anti-trust settlement has been publicly agread on, or,
2) the Fed has finished raising rates. And we have at least two more quarter-point raises in front of us.

That's why I am in no hurry to buy what will become a large and longterm position. For the record, I don't (and never have had) any position, long or short, trading or investing, in MSFT.

even though msft not acting wonderful, at least people are buying and selling not dumping like they were. After a selloff it will take some time to recover from the technical damage. I think the buying today although the
stock isn't going up states that there is something on
the horizion in positive news, although god knows what.
