Be careful about buying in to the allegations made in the lawsuits...the law firm involved is questionable at best, and legal blackmailers at worst. Many of these charges are frivolous... Forbes wrote an article "Lawyers from Hell" about these kind of lawyers. As to insider trading, we have researched it...really a small % of total insider holdings sold...not atypical for a tech firm where cash compensation is low. Just my thoughts.

Disclosure: Not long TERN...yet!

Hi ya James, yes sir...will keep you posted on what I hear.I got in and out of TERN makin a lil bit on run ups. Then mistakenly thot it would make a good run for the split which is soon...not sure the exact date. Soooo, am just sittin on it at 222 per share...yikes...bow wow wow...oh well. No sense in takin that kind of a loss unless the company bellies up which I dont think so. It is in my IRA and that is why I traded it some. If it is dead money then wont be the first time I had to sit on it. Lessons all around. :-) best regards, Dep
