Shorted ETEK 141 11/16, still holding Short QCOM, NEWP and CMVT (CMVT covered overnight and shorted more) NEWP I planned. QCOM I didn't plan. I would have gone either way. Trying really hard to hold NVLS, ATML and AMCC. Even shorting to hedge these positions but I'm unsure and do not want to risk 'bird in hand'.. In an ordinary day I'd be a holder but in these conditions between the longs and shorts every day is a profitable day, but still no 'long term porfolio' and still short and long.

AndrewG.: I'll stick to day-trading. But when they get clobbered, if they get clobbered late today, I might "acquire" a wee bit of a stock that is well ensconced in an uptrend. It is most dififcult to disagree with Dortmunder. (Lee)
