Not content-related, I hope" Comment: The warning of Moody's downgrades were published a couple of months ago and relates to OLD debt such as the Convertibles which are linked to the depressed stock price. As expected they did not rate the refinancing which took place following the merger and does NOT take into account many of the events which have occurred in the first quarter. BOTTOM LINE: I didn't think it merited a post on a day that I am busy making money. >G< Good luck SargeK
