and they look like they are embarking on another up leg from
here. A grudging pullback towards the 200 DMA

with deregulation and growth models.
you are very right. the Utilites are more dynamic companies
and there are higher revenue and earnings possibilities
over the next few years for those that execute on their
expansion-deregulation strategies.
