"Avoid timing to the last penny" I've always said msft is a very forgiving stock if your timing is bad, and your timing was bad this time around. Notice post 37172 where I sold msft for 116. At that time I was not very happy selling at that, I could have got over 119 a couple days earlier, but it is looking like a very good sell today. As for options, they are too far in the future for me, the people I hang out with play stocks, in & out quickly most of the time, but I do have a couple in my long term IRA account. JH
