My understanding is there is something to the TERN suit, apparently they made some assertions about their relationship with another company they were later forced to back down on. I don't have the details (though I do know where to get them) but that's generally not a good sign.

Their stock's collapse was a lot more than just the effects of the market, if that's what you want to know.

P.S. Nice day to be in CSCO. Dare we hope this is the end of it (for now)?
