Assuming Frisky is right and the OIA guys are about to be paid 25-30mm shares of ZSUN for all the money they made the past year, AND the shares will be taxable, wouldn't it make sense to run it down as low as possible and book the shares there, then try to get it back up? I don't think they can do it, since this thing trades so thin they could never sell very many shares without tanking it no matter what the price, and it's becoming more and more exposed for what it is, an online training seminar trading at a huge multiple with a history of scummy shenanigans.
