Don't you think the specialists want to take the market back up into expirey?

I think you have summarized it. We are obviously beginning a new bull leg of the market which will be confined to 25-50 stocks...However, the weekly charts would suggest that we are topping.....one day does not a market make.

The big "dip" that everyone was expecting never materialized today. I guess that means that my debate on whether or not to "buy-the-dip" was a wasted exercise.

May I speculate that the lack of a big dip today suggests that the "blow out bottom" is a thing of the future? Or is that just wishful thinking by another silly bear looking for an opportunity to get back into the market?

Best wishes,

I2
