OK, this article is a little more promising.

<<Florida's NVID International said that it is testing an environmentally-safe liquid disinfectant, Microsafe F-5A, as a bee protectant. "All of our initial studies give us a very high level of confidence that we will be able to kill the fungi and mites without harming the bees or plants," says NVID President Bob Bunte.>>

If this is true and this is a public company, I'm buying.

This article is from 1997. NVID International promised at that time their environmentally safe product would solve the problem. So far I haven't found any resources on the results.

Well this is discouraging. I did an inquiry on the company claiming to have the environmentally safe cure for bee mites. Typical horror story of penny stock companies. Here is the response:

<<Brees,
Article is pure fabrication. It was made up by Bunte who has no further dealings with NVID. He was arrested along with Klenovic and that is all old news. The new NVID emerged and that is the company you must look at, not the old one......Great investment but know what you are investing in.....>>
