Mark I have a feeling you are not going to answer this but here goes anyway..... in the deal with AllegianceTelecom are we providing them just the private label portal or are we also going to have a sort of private label hypermart for them? In the below news briefing from Allegiance it would suggest they are planning on developing a product of their own for web hosting and business solutions that is not affiliated with hypermart. Is that true? Here is part of a comment from a recent news release from Allegiance.

"The creation of a robust roadmap for e-commerce applications charts a direct course for Allegiance Telecom to deliver a dynamic line of value-added business applications," said Dan Yost, Allegiance president and chief operating officer. "We've established a dedicated team based in San Jose, Calif., to drive our e-commerce offerings targeted to the underserved small and medium-sized business market. They are creating a unique combined local platform, web hosting centers and e-commerce offerings, all driven by high-speed DSL connection options. We are determined to take a leadership role in bringing these offerings to the small and medium-sized business market."

Mark since you are the only direct link to management on this thread I feel I must ask you another important question which this time I think that you can answer. Comments by both Direct Web and Go2Net's management have indicated that GO2NET is developing content for DirectWeb. Yet on the Direct Web site there is a picture of their future Internet User's Guide which does not look anything like the Proposed private label portal offering from GO2NET. Also while the print is a bit blurred and small I see no comment about "powered by Go2Net" on that Internet User's Guide shown on the Direct WeB website. Further as I read th description of the Internet User's Guide it sounds much different that the Private Portal and seems to use entirely different content providers than that offered by Go2Net. I have enclosed these comments written on the Direct Web site and the link to the internet guide picture for your review.

So the question is simple.....Is Go2Net the content provider for Direct Web ? Is the Internet User's Guide made by Go2Net or someone else?
