The Nasdaq has bottomed for now. Will go to 4400 on technical basis. After that anyone's guess

NDX, up 10% today alone versus 6.56% on the COMP. Looks like big is better. I would like to see the rally extend to the smaller issues but I think it's going to be a while now. I believe that the action of on NDX today versus the COMP will end up being a sustained trend until the bias on interest rates is lower rather than higher. That is if a short term rally can be sustained at all. At any rate the larger issues will see less pain and more gain. RTS
