Hopefully Thursday but the market is closed on Friday for Good Friday. April options expire Thursday as well.

Mr. Stress Free V,

I was just looking a GSTRF's calls.
If I'm reading this correctly, you can buy a few thousand shares in the low 9's. Then turn around and write covered calls on them for the April $10 and fetch 1/2 point guaranteed for a mere 3 day's work...

Am I reading this correctly?
It seems too good.

I'm toying with doing it and then on Monday fetch an additional 15% by writing the May $10.

It's tempting.
However the gambler in me tells me to buy something else and wait for the Naz to rally...

Decisions, decisions...

Stress free or Not Stress free...
That is the question.

>> Now that we are stabilized, the Houses's MM's will take over

Nephew, please allow me to offer a dissenting opinion.

This market is far from stable. We've had the financial equivalent of a 9.0 earthquake over the last two weeks. Anyone who live in earthquake country knows that we will be faced with major aftershocks for the next few weeks. Some of these will be strong enough to knock down houses that are built on weak foundations (ie, heavy margin).

The road to recovery will be paved one brick at a time. Investors have begun to recover hope, but restoring confidence to the levels we had at the end of March will take 3 times longer than the panic correction.

That being said, with Gorillas INTC, SEBL, QCOM, and Godzilla AOL reporting tomorrow, Mr. Market may be in a mood to reward companies with earnings excellence. I hope.

jmho,
