FIRST:
Preview - the complaint form.
Do NOT send. Let us continue to form a base this week.

Then:
Read - sec.gov
This will answer some questions you might have on the form.

Then:
Read - sec.gov
This has many categories to peruse.

And the homepage - sec.gov

THE SEC WANTS TO HEAR ABOUT FRAUD.
We shall let them decide if this is fraud or illegal.

"All aboard Jack" is in. JP is in. and now Syd. And me.
4 emails so far this week-end.
Anyone else?

THE MORE THE BETTER.
SEC needs to hear us as a community of shareholders.

Silent-PEOPLE return and agree to an "en masse" SEC emailing
This is a last resort and purely defensive.
We are NOT attacking but questioning the unbelievable truth.

Syd, I will look this week at some questionables.
Please do same (everyone)
The last 4 years
- Stock Price
- Stock Volume **?? last 12 months and more
- Stocks Sales (missing - stolen)
- Stock Manipulation
- Press Releases
- turnover of staff
- brochure (download it)
- constant failure to finish the "process"
- $35,000 per day, week, monthly projections
- Stock Forum Hypers&Dumpers - feel free to mention
any hammerhead. These 'people' are part of it.

Hopefully more suggestions to come this week from the "team"

What we want to know is have they done anything that
warrants a closer look by the SEC.
Let's turn up the heat. It's been 4 years of BS.
