That leaves 10% of the market.

How can you measure the percentage of market when the market isn't established yet?

I'm curious, did SAP come shrink wrapped?

I think that helps to explain whay this company has actually shown negative revenue growth over the past 5 quarters.

A better explaination would be that they completely transformed their business plan and the period you point to was during the transition from a DB company to B2B solutions provider. This transition is still going on.

You ain't in Kansas anymore. Forget that old company, it doesn't exist.

As a first-order approximation, EXLN does not have a brand. I would wager that way less than 1% of CEOs have ever heard of the company.

How many CEO's had heard about Dell when the PC was first introduced? Given IBM's brand recognition at that time, why didn't they capture the lion's share of the PC market?

Beacause they were slow to react to a revolutionary change.
