heinz, how would you view a strong move thru "resistance" on volume say over the next 2 days? and conversely the failure thereof would signal the bear-trap? Looks to me as if they PPT and all just don't want to let this go down much further if at all...call it pride greed or whatever...we could easily go sideways from here or up a bit and sideways or down a bit and sideways ...yeah, I know, non committal.<g>

I'm still of the opinion that Nasdaq needs to fall further before we reach a point where all the selling is washed out. Wouldn't it be nice to hear Mr. Greenspan say....

"Inflation remains relatively tame. At this point in time we see no need to raise short term rates. Our bias remains neutral with an inclination towards lowering rates if necessary to induce an economic expansion."

Now exactly what level on the Nasdaq Composite might he utter those irrational words?
